According to Honeywell, users of the software can select from a variety of commercial building types, scale building size, select equipment types and efficiencies, customize occupancy schedules, input local utility rates, and select weather data from over 250 locations throughout the U.S. and Canada plus the specific California climate zones. Users can determine projected energy usage and potential energy savings taking into account ASHRAE 62-1999 ventilation standards. Comparative projected savings can be graphed and are printable.
The new version has been improved to allow custom building size scaling, hourly and monthly weekend/weekday occupancy customization, and other features, the company says.
