COLORADO SPRINGS, CO — As a supplement to a sample “Mold Liability Agreement” for residential contractors (see the April 8, 2002 feature “Texas Contractor Tackles Mold Liability Head-on”), the Plumbing-Heating-Cooling Contractors (PHCC) have developed a similar sample agreement for commercial contractors.

The agreement was developed by Commercial Design Engineering of Colorado Springs, CO. A copy can be obtained via fax by calling 800-533-7694. The residential sample can be viewed and downloaded by going to the News’ link provided under Related Sites below.
