The sensor is designed to be easy-to-install, can be mounted anywhere in the building, and can be readily relocated to meet changing space configurations. The Wireless Zone Sensor is said to be cost-effective when compared to the installation time, wiring costs, and constraints of traditional wired sensors.

Tracer ES is a Web-based software application designed to connect building systems on an enterprise level and provide building owners and managers with access to multiple buildings from any computer on their network or the Web. Tracer ES performs daily operations like reporting on status of buildings, systems, and equipment; scheduling by room, building, or enterprise; data collection and analysis; and troubleshooting and alarm management.
