MINNEAPOLIS - Honeywell Commercial Air Products has announced the launch of Health & Critical Environments, a new distributor class. This new class will have access to and the ability to represent six categories of products for various commercial indoor environments that require cleaner air.

Products represented in these categories range from ASHRAE-rated filters to HEPA filters for sub-micron particle control, and carbon, potassium permanganate, and zeolite for odor control. A new line of products also will feature the combined use of high-efficiency filters and ultraviolet lights for maximum airborne particle and biological contaminant control.

Applications for these products include food processing/preparation, labs, medical applications including critical care areas, retirement/assisted living centers, schools, day care, general office, meeting rooms, institutions, and others.
