College Scholarships
Scholarships for college and industry-related education are made possible through the contributions of industry partners, the PHCC Educational Foundation, and individuals. The college scholarship applicant must be a member of their senior class in high school or currently enrolled in an undergraduate full-time college program (or the equivalent of 12 or more credit hours). The industry-related scholarship applicant must be employed by a PHCC-National Association member contractor and attending an educational facility/school accredited by the Department of Labor in his/her state.
Scholarship applications are available at www.phccweb.org/auxiliary/scholarships.cfm. The deadline for requesting applications is June 1. The closing date for receipt of completed applications is July 1. Education Expense Grants
The PHCC-National Auxiliary offers continuing education grants to PHCC-National Association contractors and their employees/co-workers. This fairly new and expanded program awards grants for attendance to PHCC Enhanced Service Group programs, as well as the PHCC national conventions. Grants cover registration, airfare, and lodging to attend one industry-related seminar, conference, or course of up to a total of $1,000 per year. Applicants may apply for grants to attend or participate in these programs with each group: Quality Service Contractors (QSC), Construction Contractors' Alliance (CCA), PHCC National Convention, or PHCC Educational Foundation's Project Management Course.

Educational Loan Fund
The Educational Loan Fund (formerly Memorial Loan Fund) provides financial assistance through loans to students seeking to continue their education. The amounts that students may apply for are $500, $1,000, $1,500, or $2,000 at a 2 percent interest rate calculated from the date of check issuance. Applicants must be sponsored by an Auxiliary member or PHCC contractor member, and must be enrolled in an accredited course of study to obtain a degree or certificate. The members of the Educational Loan Fund (ELF) Committee review the loan applications for approval.
