ROCKVILLE, Md. - Robert T. Armistead, CEO of Armistead Mechanical Inc., Waldwick, N.J., has been appointed by Michael Cullinane, president of the Mechanical Contractors Association of America (MCAA), to represent the association on the board of directors of the ACE Mentor Program.
The ACE Mentor Program serves high school youth who are exploring careers in architecture, construction, or engineering. The mentors are professionals from leading firms who volunteer their time and energy.
Cullinane stated, "Bob is already involved with and committed to the program because the MCA of New Jersey began working with ACE several years back." Armistead urged his fellow MCAA members, "...to look into the program and consider becoming a mentor..." or otherwise become involved with ACE. Commenting on the benefits of MCAA's involvement with ACE, he added, "This program is a natural fit with MCAA's student chapter programs."
