RealTime Data is a Web-based company management system that provides a way to manage information needed by service and light construction contractors. Full work order and dispatch management enables users to record detailed information about the work done at customer sites. Integrated inventory and purchasing manages products ordered in-house and applied to work orders. Equipment and preventive maintenance allows complex service schedules and part requirements to be defined. The reporting capabilities allow users to filter based on any condition. Because the system is Web-based, RealTime Data allows various groups of people to log in.
