URBANDALE, Iowa - The need for more skilled laborers, especially in the HVAC industry, continues to escalate. According to a recent job outlook report issued by CareerOverview.com, the refrigeration, air conditioning, and heating installation industries will grow the fastest, experiencing a 32 percent increase in job growth over the next eight years.

Recognizing that finding people for open positions is only going to become more challenging, MEPatWORK.com approached the Texas ACCA organization about providing members with an online career center solution for reaching a targeted pool of skilled laborers.
