Betz began his career with WaterFurnace in 2004 as a territory manager with responsibility for sales in Wisconsin and Minnesota. The growth of the territory under his direction led to the need for a second territory manager who was hired in January and assigned to the Minnesota territory.
In April, Betz was honored with the Territory Manager of the Year award for producing exceptional sales growth in his territory, delivering unmatched customer support to his dealer base, and maintaining a “team player” attitude.
Phil Albertson, WaterFurnace’s vice president of residential sales and marketing, said, “I am confident Galen will utilize his skill and enthusiasm for his job and his ability to connect with people to effectively direct and motivate his staff to accomplish the same success he achieved as a territory manager.”
