PARIS - The International Institute of Refrigeration (IIR)
partnered with elearning-training.com to assist, primarily, developing
countries in equipping refrigeration and a/c engineers with the skills and
knowledge required for the refrigeration industry.
Both organizations have teamed up to encourage continuing
professional development and good practices through the delivery of self-paced
courses available anytime and anywhere. The only requirement is a computer with
access to an Internet connection.
With this program, IIR members will be able to purchase a
range of training courses on CO2 Refrigeration, Refrigeration fundamentals, Air
Conditioning fundamentals, and a newly launched preparatory course on F-Gas Regulations,
at reduced prices. It is expected that these courses will provide educational
support to developing countries in order to comply with their
refrigeration-related commitments under the Montreal and Kyoto Protocols.
