LAS VEGAS - American Residential Services LLC (ARS), a privately held, nationwide provider of heating, air conditioning, and plumbing services through the ARS and Rescue Rooter brands, has purchased the assets of several air conditioning and plumbing businesses operating in Las Vegas and Phoenix. ARS acquired 24/7 Service Corporation, which operates Yes! Air Conditioning, Yes! Plumbing, and Sunset Sheet Metal & Air Conditioning.

Goodrich will lead and expand existing HVAC and plumbing operations in Las Vegas and Phoenix, as well as ARS’s HVAC businesses in Southern California, along with Yes! key executives Lance Fernandez and Jeremy Prevost. Sunset founders Bill Moore and Shana Daigneau will continue to lead the Sunset operation in Las Vegas. Existing ARS locations in Las Vegas, Phoenix, and Tucson will operate in conjunction with the new businesses under the name Yes! ARS.

The newly combined businesses will build on accomplishments such as Goodrich being named national Business Professional of the Year by Plumbers Success International, and also Yes! Plumbing’s recognition as the number one plumber in Las Vegas by Citysearch. Additionally, Yes! Air Conditioning has been designated as one of the Top 50 dealers in the country by Goodman/Amana and was honored with their President’s Award. In addition, Sunset has been named as one of the top 25 Home Depot contractors in the country.
