TROY, Mich. -The NEWSannounced changes to its editorial staff. Angela Harris has been promoted to eMedia development specialist. Continuing to write copy and manage contests, Harris also develops video content and explores other electronic media to enableThe NEWSto better interact with its audience. Her duties include custom media projects as well.

The NEWShired Kimberly Schwartz to replace Harris as news and legislation editor. Schwartz has been withThe NEWS’parent company, BNP Media, for seven years and was most recently editor ofSite Prep. She is now responsible for compiling the FYI and Newsline departments, and covering legislation news for the industry.
