APPLETON, Wis. - The Mechanical Contractors Association (MCA) of North Central Wisconsin elected the following officers and board members at its annual membership meeting: Mark Loper, AZCO Inc., Appleton, president; Richard Bushey, Mechanical Technologies Inc., Green Bay, vice president; David Aldag, Aldag Honold Mechanical Inc., Sheboygan, secretary/treasurer.
