MINNEAPOLIS - Ed Blackford, general manager, McQuay Parts, has announced the launch of a promotional program to McQuay Parts U.S. and Canada-based distributors and their customers. With the Cool Rewards Program, customers will earn point-based rewards. With the McQuay Race Days promotion, one customer will win a VIP race experience.
“With the economic pressures today, we want to reward our distributors and their customers for their continued loyalty,” said Blackford. Unique to this program is that both the distributor and the installer/customer earn free reward points with their purchases.
Distributors will be receiving a comprehensive launch kit with marketing support materials for their organizations. The release package will include point-of-purchase (POP) display materials, such as brochures, counter mats, posters, and a description of available reward categories which can be purchased using earned reward points. “We are helping the distributors promote themselves - this is about building their business and their brand,” said Robin Breth, manager, sales channels for McQuay Parts.
Customers will earn point based rewards as well by logging in purchase activity into the Cool Rewards website at www.McquayPartsRewards.com. To kick off the program, when a McQuay customer registers for the Cool Rewards program, the customer and distributor will receive 500 bonus points. Points are rewarded for thousands of parts in the McQuay catalog, including semi-hermetic compressors, motors, VFDs and accessories, belts, bearings and bushings, hoses, refrigeration and hand tools.
The Race Days promotion will award one McQuay Parts customer with a VIP race experience that includes roundtrip airfare, hotel, race tickets, VIP pit and garage tour, and more.
