Oliver Heating & Cooling of Delaware County, Pa., announced that it has acquired Robert Wagner Plumbing and Heating of Chester County. Oliver now offers a full line of plumbing services, along with heating, cooling, and air duct cleaning.

Rocco Pace, president of Oliver, said, “Robert and his wife, Sue, are high quality individuals who fit right in with the Oliver culture and vision. Oliver is excited to provide plumbing services to all their customers.”

When asked why he agreed to join forces with Oliver, Robert Wagner said, “Oliver is committed to the same quality, values, and expert service that I have provided my customers in the past. Oliver has served Delaware, Chester, and Montgomery County for almost 40 years and combining our teams will help serve my customers better.”

Oliver Heating & Cooling employs 150 associates and has been serving the Delaware Valley since 1971. The company is celebrating its 40th anniversary this year.
