SAN ANTONIO - San Antonio’s Friedrich Air Conditioning donated 100 of its Energy Star™-rated air conditioners to area non-profit organizations. It is the single largest product donation in the company’s 126-year history, according to Brian Campbell, vice president of sales and marketing.
The first unit was installed at the home of a single mother who had a heat stroke this past summer and had to be hospitalized. Elisabeth Rodriguez said she and her 6-year-old daughter had “really been suffering this summer.”
“This wonderful donation from Friedrich will make our lives much easier,” said Rodriguez.
