FALLS CHURCH, Va. - The Plumbing-Heating-Cooling Contractors (PHCC) Educational Foundation has launched its third year HVACR apprenticeship course in the online distance learning format. This new course includes key industry topics including servicing and troubleshooting systems; testing, adjusting and balancing; energy-efficient mechanical systems; fluid handling systems; applied electrical problem solving; applied refrigeration system problem solving; troubleshooting with the psychrometric chart; cooling towers and evaporative condensers; commercial air conditioning and refrigeration systems; water treatment; and indoor air quality (IAQ).
