SYRACUSE, N.Y. - Carrier Corp. announced that it is showcasing its
new line of light commercial comfort solutions on a nationwide “Blueprint to
Win” tour. The tour includes training on the latest Carrier® light commercial
rooftops and split systems (up to 30 tons), which the company said have some of
the highest commercial EERs in the industry. Also included is instruction on
regulatory guidelines and web resources from Carrier.
Carrier said the one-day training sessions are designed to
provide industry professionals with information on energy efficiency and
comfort solutions, knowledge which can be used in both new and replacement
applications. The Carrier team reviews the sustainable Weather Series packaged
rooftops from 2 to 25 tons and Gemini® split systems up to 30 tons, which
feature Puron® refrigerant and EERs up to 13.0, as well as Carrier and Toshiba
Carrier duct-free splits from 0.75 to 5 tons. Carrier experts also update
attendees on legislative issues, including ASHRAE 90.1 and Energy Star®
standards, indoor air quality, system network controls, web resources,
application layout, financial payback analysis, and training courses and software
programs for product selection.
