DALLAS — Lennox International Inc. announced that its board of directors has elected CEO Todd M. Bluedorn as chairman of the board of directors and Richard L. Thompson as lead director. These changes will be effective upon conclusion of the 2012 annual meeting of stockholders scheduled for May 10, 2012.

Bluedorn has been chief executive officer and a director of the company since 2007. Thompson has served as chairman of the board since 2006.
