Magic Touch will be presented with the award on Feb. 27 at the opening general session of ACCA 2013 in Orlando, Fla.

According to ACCA, over the past 15 years, Magic Touch has grown to be a leader in its market by focusing on “doing the right thing” by its customers. The contractor focuses on educating customers and providing a range of options that allows the customer to make a decision about what work needs to be done now, what can be done later, and what doesn’t need to be done. The company is a believer in the whole-home approach to provide customers with the best comfort possible.

Magic Touch has connected with customers through investment in social media and review sites. The company is active on both Twitter and Facebook, sharing company information, updates, and tips. The contractor also encourages customers to post reviews on sites such as Angie’s List and Kudzu, and follows up with those customers who do so.
