WASHINGTON — The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) has issued a pre-publication Federal Register notice of open meetings regarding the Commercial Heating, Ventilation, and Air-conditioning (HVAC), Water Heating (WH), and Refrigeration Certification Working Group.

Meeting space is limited. Webinar participation is also available. The new meeting dates are:

• Aug. 28, 2013, from 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (EDT), at the U.S. Department of Energy’s Building Technologies Office, 950 L'Enfant Plaza, 6th Floor, Washington, DC 20024. To participate via webinar, register for the Aug. 28 session here.

• Sept. 11-12, 2013, from 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (EDT), at the U.S. Department of Energy, Room GH-019, 1000 Independence Avenue SW, Washington, DC 20585. To participate via webinar, register for the Sept. 11 session here and register for the Sept 12 session here.
