Hosted by Onset and developed and presented by Bill Koran, director of energy analytics at NorthWrite Inc., the ECAM training package will provide step-by-step instructions on all features, from installation and initial charting to creating data-driven models, custom reporting, analyzing multiple data points, and performing a range of other functions.
Developed with funding from multiple public agencies and organizations devoted to energy efficiency, ECAM is used by individuals and organizations across the U.S., including corporations, utilities, universities, and national laboratories, and also has users around the world.
“ECAM can greatly accelerate the ability to understand energy consumption patterns and trends in buildings,” said Koran. “We’re excited to roll out this comprehensive training package with Onset, as it will help existing and prospective ECAM users get the most out of the software. It will help them analyze trend data from HOBO data loggers, energy meters, and building automation systems. This, in turn, will enable attendees to better and more effectively identify inefficiencies and drill down to the source issue, perform measurement and verification, and track ongoing performance.”
The training course consists of three, 2-hour online training sessions, and will start on Wednesday, Sept. 18, 2013 from 1:30 to 3:30 p.m. EDT. For more information and to register, visit https://student.gototraining.com/r/4987155297403036416.
