Dion was named as executive vice president of Aitons Equipment in 1999 and went on to become president in 2002, a position he retained until his retirement in 2010. After retiring, he continued to work with Aitons as its independent sales rep for much of eastern Canada. He had over 30 years of experience in the HVAC industry.

He will be recognized and remembered for his knowledge and influence in all aspects of business and his positive attitude to life in general. Dion is survived by his wife Patricia, their three children, and two grandchildren.
