Rheem involved its contractor customers in the development of this product, which led to the inclusion of several features that aid on jobsites, like a four-way multi-poise design, direct spark ignition, removable heat exchanger, patent-pending blocked drain sensor, quarter-turn door fasteners, hemmed edges, and more.
