The Modulus™ is a high-efficiency modulating infrared tube heater. The Modulus provides unparalleled thermal efficiencies in excess of 80 percent, claimed the company. This, combined with the manufacturer’s 100 percent efficient reflector, radiates all the heat directly where it is needed. This results in optimal comfort and maximum fuel savings for greater return on investment, said the company. Rates range from 80,000-200,000 Btuh with a 40 percent modulating differential. The built-in quick-start function amps up to high power, before sensors engage, resulting in optimum temperatures achieved almost as soon as the heater is turned on, the company said. Heaters are available in lengths of 20-60 feet and either natural gas or liquefied petroleum gas (LPG).
