ATLANTA — Rheem Mfg. Co. announced the winners of its “Man Cave” furnace promotion, which launched in September 2013.

For every qualifying gas furnace purchased from a Rheem distributor between Oct. 1 and Nov. 30, 2013, contractors received an instant rebate of up to $100 and an entry into the Man Cave grand prize drawing.

“Rheem launched the Man Cave promotion in conjunction with the 2013 launch of our new 90-plus percent gas furnaces, which deliver increased efficiencies as well as more than 30 new features to make installations and service calls faster and easier,” said Terry Stern, product manager, residential heating products, Rheem. “We had an overwhelming response to the promotion from our distributors, and we are pleased to award the winning contractors with their Man Cave prizes.”

Gerald Plumbing and Heating Inc. of Moon Township, Pa., was the grand prize winner of the Man Cave Package valued at $7,500, consisting of an HD movie screen and projector system, surround sound, theatre seating, gaming console, and accessories. Four $1,000 runner-up Visa gift cards were awarded to Guardian Heating & Cooling Service of Chicago; Honeycreek Heating & Cooling of Brookfield, Wis.; Extreme Heating & Cooling of Garretson, S.D.; and Keller Heating & Cooling of Pekin, Ill.
