HORSHAM, Pa. — Philadelphia-area mechanical construction and energy services contractor Burns Mechanical has announced the appointment of Matthew Rafferty as general manager of its service division.

Burns is a leading provider of mechanical service in the Philadelphia, southern New Jersey, and Delaware regions.
