The JS Series BACnet thermostats have the power of a space-mounted equipment controller while measuring temperature and humidity, the company said. The thermostats include a wide range of factory-supplied programs for two-pipe and four-pipe fan coil units, rooftop units, heat pump units, and packaged and split unitary systems. The thermostat line also offers an independent, BACnet-ready zoning control (JS-Z2400), and a commercial zone control system built on the BACnet protocol and Tridium platform. The control can be used for multiple zone systems or as a stand-alone solution for isolated heating and cooling problems. The system can control reheat at each zone for additional flexibility. According to the manufacturer, no special programming, Tridium experience, software applications, or setup tools are required to configure and commission a JS Series BACnet thermostat. All models feature an integrated clock and BACnet schedule that can be set up from the front panel or as standard BACnet objects and properties.
