WICHITA, Kan. — Viega LLC named its 2013 Top Gun Award winners at the company’s 2014 annual national sales meeting.

Eight salespeople earned the award, the highest given by Viega. Winners by region included Dan Tadema, Pacific Northwest; Darin Barnes, Central; Dale Heath, Canada; Dan Goellner, industrial accounts group; Liz Williams, inside sales group; Tom Outlaw, industrial accounts group; Michael Sullivan, radiant sales group; and Rick Burris, Southwest.

“We are very proud of the hard work and dedication our Top Gun winners exhibited this past year,” said Dalyn Cantrell, vice president of sales and marketing, Viega. “It is with their enthusiasm and commitment that Viega continues to experience a leadership position in the industry.”

Viega also named David Carey, a Viega network and systems supervisor, as the winner of the Ambassador of the Year Award, given to the employee who most embodies the company’s core values.

Each winner received a trip to Costa Rica along with a hand-blown glass trophy as a memento. More than 200 sales professionals, manufacturer’s representatives, guests, and VIPs gathered in Wichita for the annual national sales meeting. In addition to the award presentation, attendees participated in product training, heard perspectives on the industry and best practices, and received company and industry news including updates on lead-free legislation and planned water quality initiatives.
