NEW WINDSOR, N.Y. — Mid-Hudson Plumbing Services, a plumbing, heating, and air conditioning contractor serving the Hudson Valley, announced that it has changed its name to Royal Class Service. The name change is part of a rebranding effort for the company, and a way for it to emphasize exceptional customer service.
The company started in 2001 offering plumbing services, and later adding heating and air conditioning repair and installation. The company also partnered with an area electrician under the umbrella of Smart Systems, while still operating individually.
“Changing our name to Royal Class Service shows customers our commitment to giving them the royal treatment when we come to their homes for a service call,” said Matt Pillius, Royal Class Service owner. “We’re the same reliable company we’ve always been, but this gives us an opportunity to serve the Hudson Valley area even better than we did before.”
Services include plumbing installation, drain cleaning, frozen pipe repair, air conditioning maintenance, repair, and installation, and heater and furnace tune-ups and installation.
“We believe our name change is a way for us to serve our customers even better, and that the name Royal Class Service will resonate with homeowners and let them know that we offer more than just plumbing,” said Pillius. “By building a strong brand around Royal Class Service, we ensure that we are always offering the royal class treatment to our customers, no matter the size of the job.”
