MISSISSAUGA, Ontario, Canada — Heating, Refrigeration, and Air Conditioning Institute of Canada (HRAI) chair Marc Gendron and president Warren Heeley presided over the HRAI Annual Awards Luncheon Aug. 23 at Le Westin Hotel in Montreal, Quebec. At the luncheon, Gendron acknowledged the outstanding contributions made by the following individuals, companies, and organizations.
Ron Robinson, AtlasCare, Oakville, Ontario, received the Merit Award. Rusty Jennings, Carrier Enterprise Canada L.P., Mississauga, Ontario, received the Life Member Award.
Jacques Brodeur, Natural Resources Canada, Ottawa, Ontario; Randy Dyck, Elmira District Secondary School, Elmira, Ontario; Eric Foren, MasterTech HVAC and Plumbing, Dartmouth, Nova Scotia; and Tom Vovk, Bramalea Secondary School, Bramalea, Ontario, received the President’s Recognition honor.
The city of Hamilton, Hamilton, Ontario; Ecco Supply (Saskatoon Branch), Saskatoon, Saskatchewan; Tony Olson, Emco Corp., Brandon, Manitoba; Johnstone Supply, South Plainfield, New Jersey Branch; Kerr Controls (Fredericton Branch), Fredericton, New Brunswick; La Cité Collégiale, Ottawa, Ontario; Lennox Industries (Canada) Ltd. (Winnipeg Branch), Winnipeg, Manitoba; Manitoba Building Officials Association, Portage la Prairie, Manitoba; Master Group L.P.
