PHILADELPHIA — Tozour Energy Systems, a leading provider of HVAC systems and services, has again been named one of the “Best Places to Work” in the 11th annual ranking presented by the Philadelphia Business Journal.

This is the third consecutive year that Tozour Energy Systems has received the honor in the Large Company category. The Best Places to Work program ranks the top 50 employers in the Greater Philadelphia area according to scores given to the companies by their own workers.

The Philadelphia Business Journal said it received hundreds of nominations for the 2014 Best Places to Work contest. After Tozour Energy Systems was nominated, employees were asked to complete an online questionnaire administered by Quantum Workplace, an independent surveying firm, in order to advance in the contest. Employees ranked Tozour Energy Systems on dozens of questions relating to work-life balance, respect and caring for employees, recognition of accomplishments, feeling empowered, teamwork, and commitment to the community.

“Receiving the Best Places to Work honor is a direct result of having the very best team that delivers creative, world-class client experiences every day,” said Kevin Duffy, president of Tozour Energy Systems. “It’s a great honor to achieve this status three years in a row.”

Tozour Energy Systems, along with the other 2014 Best Places to Work winners, will be recognized at a special event on Oct. 9, 2014, at The Sonesta Philadelphia Hotel.

Tozour Energy Systems is a full-service HVAC and building automation provider based in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania, and is a franchise of Trane, a business of Ingersoll Rand. For more information, visit www.tozourenergy.com.
