PINE BROOK, N.J. — GSH Group Inc., a multi-national facilities and energy management provider, announced that it has been awarded a three-year contract with the New York City Department of Correction. The contract, valued at over $2.7 million, is for HVAC services at various department facilities.
GSH will provide on-call, as necessary repairs, replacements, new installations, diagnostic services and maintenance to central HVAC equipment and systems to a portfolio of 16 Department of Correction facilities.
The company said its call center is operational 24/7/365 and is furnished with a computerized maintenance management system for work planning and labor tracking. Technicians are equipped with handheld devices for electronic dispatch and receipt of work orders, cutting down on administrative paperwork while permitting more time in the field.
