WACO, Texas — Aire Serv announced the purchase of eight new franchise locations in the third quarter of 2014. Year to date, Aire Serv has welcomed the addition of 19 new franchise locations.
“Many people get into their own HVAC businesses because they are good at heating and air conditioning work. We help them take that business to the next level by helping them with the business side of their companies. Ultimately, it’s about helping people achieve their personal and professional goals,” said Doyle James, president, Aire Serv. “We are very pleased that we have the opportunity to do that for eight more franchisees.”
Aire Serv welcomes the following new franchise owners: Edmund and Catherine Krammer, Mentor, Ohio; Donovan and Shannon White, Abilene, Texas; Matthew Gelpin, Birmingham, Alabama; Robert Cape, Doniphan, Missouri; David Paddock, Maryville, Illinois; Mohammad Shehzad, Katy, Texas; Leonard O’Connor, Springfield, Oregon; and Manuel Armenta, Tucson, Arizona.
In addition to these new franchise locations, Aire Serv of Katy, Texas, increased its service area by purchasing additional territory. “When a franchisee extends its service territory, it speaks to its dedication not only to Aire Serv as a brand, but to its customers as well,” said James.
Aire Serv, who regularly sells franchises to Veterans at a discounted cost, was ranked this year by Entrepreneur Magazine as a Top Global Franchise and by USA Today as a top franchise for Veterans.
