SAN DIEGO — HC Info has announced a live webcast “Responding to Incidents that Can Result in Legionnaires' Disease,” presented by Matt Freije, which will discuss specific steps to take in response to partial or total building plumbing system shutdowns, discolored water, and other incidents that can result in Legionella spikes and cases of Legionnaires’ disease.

Matt Freije is founder and president of HC Info, a provider of risk management plans, training courses, consulting services, and publications on the control of Legionella and other waterborne pathogens.

The webcast will be from 8 to 9 a.m. PDT (11 a.m. to 12 noon EDT) on Tuesday, March 31. Questions will be taken from the audience. A certificate of attendance will be available to those who participate in the live event.
