MISSISSAUGA, Ontario — Airtron Canada announced that it has been selected to perform HVAC and building automation systems (BAS) maintenance services for more than 600 Ontario government buildings. That translates into 21 million square feet of facilities in buildings such as office buildings, laboratories, and correctional facilities. Airtron Canada is a national provider of HVAC, building automation, and energy efficiency services.
“This is a significant accomplishment for Airtron Canada. We worked diligently to show our client the quality of our work, our technical expertise, and strong commitment to customer service,” said Craig Stanford, president of Airtron Canada. This contract will have an immediate impact on the local economy. The company will hire additional staff, including HVAC and BAS technicians, in the coming months. “We hire and train the most qualified professionals and are committed to providing the safest workplace for everyone,” added Stanford. Airtron Canada will provide varying levels of HVAC and BAS service, including comprehensive maintenance, preventative maintenance, and water treatment. The work will span the central, south, and east regions of the province of Ontario. The contract takes effect April 1, 2015.
