SALEM, N.H. — Standex International Corp. has announced the reorganization of its Standex Refrigerated Solutions Group with several promotions.
Kenny Owen has been promoted to the position of vice president/general manager of Master-Bilt’s New Albany operations. Owen is a veteran of New Albany operations with over 23 years of service. His contributions include successful operation of Master-Bilt engineering as well as VP of manufacturing. His recent reassignment from VP engineering to VP operations resulted in improvements in virtually all New Albany operating metrics.
Barb Belongia has been promoted to Standex Refrigerated Solutions Group vice president of sales. Belongia is an industry veteran in the food service industry, with strong relationships with the nation’s largest chain restaurants and food service dealers. The company said her management skills and technical knowledge of commercial refrigeration products make her an ideal candidate to lead the sales effort for the group.
Bob Bakken has been promoted to the position of Standex Refrigerated Solutions Group vice president of quality and aftermarket operations. Bakken is a 38-year veteran of the Nor-Lake business and has a diverse background including manufacturing, sales, customer service, and application engineering. In this new role he will oversee quality, service, parts, installations, and application engineering.
Toby Reynolds has been promoted to the position of Standex Refrigerated Solutions Group director of strategic sourcing with responsibility for materials and resale merchandise. Reynolds has been a member of the Master-Bilt leadership team for 14 years and has demonstrated strong competencies in supplier negotiation, inventory management, logistics, and distribution center management.
Jerry Hallstrom has been promoted to the position of materials manager for Nor-Lake Inc., Hudson, Wisconsin. Hallstrom will assume responsibility for Hudson purchasing functions as well as warehouse management and logistics/freight.
