DENVER — Emergent Coils announced it is now offering tube bundles and heat exchangers for a variety of industries and applications, including HVAC and refrigeration.

The company said its heat exchangers help customers solve difficult fluid flow, heat transfer, and corrosion problems with sophisticated material selection and creative fabrication designs. U-Tube heat exchangers are fabricated in accordance with ASME Section VIII, Division I, and TEMA Class C.

A variety of custom and replacement U-bend and straight tube bundles (fixed tubesheet or floating tubesheet) are also available. Blank drawings of tube bundles can be downloaded to record tube bundles specs for the following configurations: U-tube bundle (in shell); U-tube bundle (in tank); U-tube bundle (out of shell/use); and straight tube bundle.

“Our heat exchangers and tube bundles are fabricated to meet client specifications. We also provide high quality replacements for many top brands,” said Tommy Thompson, vice president of sales for Emergent Coils.

Tube bundles and heat exchangers can be manufactured using a variety of alloys, such as carbon steel, copper, cupro-nickel, and stainless steel. Standard tube bundles typically ship two-three weeks after receipt of purchase order and data approval. Standard heat exchangers usually ship five-six weeks after receipt of purchase order and final drawing approval. Rush shipments may be available for new tube bundles, heat exchangers, and retube/repair orders.
