Description: This stainless steel interior is an upgrade to the Commercial Series line. Hoshizaki’s one-, two-, and three-section upright refrigeration units feature dynamic ducted airflow within the all-stainless cabinet construction, allowing for optimum air circulation and even temperatures at each shelf level. Use of thermostatic expansion valve (TXV) technology regulates refrigeration flow for fast recovery and efficient operation. The Commercial Series utilizes top-mount refrigeration, insulated walls and doors, and pre-installed stem casters on most units.
