ARLINGTON, Va. — ACCA has named Welsch Heating & Cooling Co., St. Louis, as its 2016 Residential Contractor of the Year. The company will be presented with the award on March 10 at the opening MainStage of the ACCA 2016 conference in Charlotte, North Carolina.
“Each year many of the best residential contractors in the industry apply for this award, and share the unique business practices that make them so successful,” said Paul T. Stalknecht, ACCA president and CEO. “It is always a difficult decision for our panel of judges to choose who they consider the ‘best of the best’ from the group. This year’s winner, Welsch Heating & Cooling Co., is an extremely deserving company that truly exemplifies the qualities that all of the best companies in the industry share.”
ACCA said Welsch Heating & Cooling was the stand out candidate in 2016 due to its dedication to the industry for over 120 years. The company has worked hard to create a culture of service that starts with its employees being seen as a family and empowering them to do the right thing for the customer every time.
“We at Welsch Heating and Cooling Co. are extremely pleased to be honored as the ACCA Residential Contractor of the Year,” said owner Butch Welsch, who is a NEWS’ columnist. “Our family of employees work extremely hard to do the very best for every one of our customers and this award goes to our employees for all of their hard work.”
