ORLANDO — DuctSox Corp., a manufacturer of fabric duct air dispersion products, named Hoffman & Hoffman Inc. (H&H) in Greensboro, North Carolina, its 2015 Rep of the Year and SkeleCore No. 1 Sales at the 2016 AHR Expo.
The 69-year-old manufacturer’s representative landed several large and diverse projects in its North Carolina, South Carolina, eastern Tennessee, and Virginia territory, which is serviced by more than 90 sales engineers in 13 offices. H&H also won DuctSox’s Rep of the Year in 2006 for being DuctSox’s highest sales volume rep in 2005. This year’s award was attributed to several large industrial textile plants, plus a multitude of commercial and higher-education projects, according to Rusty Hoffman, president of H&H, which is structured into four divisions: equipment sales, building technologies, mechanical solutions, and energy.
“We work directly with the specifying engineers, installing contractors, and facility managers as we oversee DuctSox projects from inception and design to assuring the end-user is satisfied,” said Hoffman.
H&H also recorded the most sales volume for SkeleCore, DuctSox’s in-duct cylindrical tensioning system product line that maintains an inflated, wrinkle-free appearance for fabric duct air-dispersion systems, regardless whether the air handler is operating.
“H&H is a model rep organization for DuctSox in terms of selling strategies, ease of doing business, and overall acceptance of the company’s continual introductions of new product developments,” said Mitch Kelly, regional sales manager, DuctSox.
