MEMPHIS, Tenn. — American Residential Services (ARS), a national provider of air conditioning, heating, and plumbing services, has acquired the assets of Unique Air Services in Bradenton, Florida.
For over 40 years, Unique Air Services operated as a family-owned business in the greater Sarasota area, led by Adam and Matthew Montgomery, who said, “We are very pleased to be joining the ARS/Rescue Rooter Network because we share the same philosophies of delivering exceptional customer service while being an industry leading employer.
