HARRISBURG, Pa. — HB McClure Co., a central Pennsylvania commercial and residential mechanical contractor, has announced the acquisition of Mainhart Mechanical LLC, Dillsburg, Pennsylvania, which specializes in residential plumbing, heating, and air conditioning repair, installation, and construction services.

Todd Mainhart, who founded Mainhart Mechanical in 2004, identified HB McClure as the top acquisition partner due in large part to its reputation for providing a wide range of quality services at fair prices with a highly-skilled team. HB McClure will also retain Mainhart Mechanical’s ongoing residential service contracts.

This acquisition marks HB McClure’s 11th since 2010. The company now has over 400 employee-owners and a fleet of over 200 service trucks working out of Harrisburg, Hershey, York, and now Dillsburg.
