PEARL RIVER, N.Y. — Hudson Technologies Inc. announced that James R. Buscemi has advised the company of his intent to step down as vice president and chief financial officer of the company, effective July 1, 2016. Buscemi will remain with Hudson to assist with the CFO succession for a transition period prior to his planned retirement at the end of September 2016.
