The U.S Occupational Safety & Health Administration (OSHA) issued a new recordkeeping final rule requiring employers to electronically submit injury and illness data. Establishments with 250 or more employees must submit OSHA Form 300, Form 300A, and Form 301 electronically. Establishments with 20-249 employees must electronically submit information via Form 300A only.
