PORT WASHINGTON, Wis. — Franklin Energy Services LLC, a leading national energy efficiency program implementation firm, announced that it has expanded its services for PowerStream, signing a multi-year contract. The firm will manage and implement its local Business Refrigeration Incentives Program.
From its Ontario, Canada, office, Franklin Energy already supports PowerStream with program planning and technical advisor services. Now the firm will work alongside a local refrigeration contractor to provide site assessments and direct installation of energy efficient refrigeration equipment for qualifying business customers.
“PowerStream is focused on providing local small businesses the opportunity to manage their businesses more efficiently and drive energy savings to the bottom line,” said Raegan Bond, vice president of PowerStream’s Conservation and Demand Management. “It is another initiative that demonstrates PowerStream’s leadership in driving innovation and savings to our customers.”
“One great thing about our line of business is we get to help others lower costs, driving more opportunity for business expansion,” said Kevin McDonough, president of Franklin Energy Services. “We are excited to leverage our small business expertise, Efficiency@Work technology platform, and trade ally relationships to drive savings for PowerStream’s customers.”
“We’ve established a great working partnership with Franklin Energy,” said Bond. “Their decades of energy efficiency experience, paired with the team’s liaison approach with contractors and knowledge of our market, make teaming up once again an easy choice.”
