LOS ANGELES — The new jobi field service app and platform is designed to provide HVAC contractors, plumbers, and electricians a full suite to handle the entire job and includes functions built into the app to help grow sales from the same number of calls.
Service contractors can sign up now at http://jobi.pro with a complimentary account for one user.
jobi’s functions and features include: flexible flat rate price book, dispatch, scheduling, invoicing, payment, service option maker, GPS mapping, QuickBooks integration, sales dashboard by company and technician, call tracking, and more.
In addition, with the launch, jobi has announced a partnership with CallRail, a leading provider of call tracking and analytics software.
CallRail provides call tracking numbers to measure the effectiveness of online and offline marketing campaigns that drive phone calls, including keyword level tracking for Google paid ad extensions, as well as the ability to record calls to be able to understand what is making your phone ring.
“Marketing is data driven and CallRail brings to the jobi field service software platform the ability for plumbing, electrical, and HVAC clients to discover which ads, campaigns, and keywords drive phone call conversions,” said jobi’s Steve Harmon. “This maximizes the ROI on marketing investment.”
“We’re excited to partner with jobi and open up the power of data-driven call tracking marketing to its service contracting customers,” said Mark Sullivan, CallRail’s director of partnerships. “Between jobi and CallRail, our combined focus on making customer’s successful makes this a powerful partnership.”
