In an effort to provide customers with high-quality training and support to efficiently and effectively manage their HVAC systems, LG Electronics USA has opened a new, 4,100-square-foot HVAC training academy in Orange County, California, with interactive courses on the latest LG technologies.
The new training academy, located at 790 The City Dr., Orange, California, joins other locations from coast to coast: Alpharetta, Georgia; Dallas, Texas; and Secaucus, New Jersey.
Sessions at the new facility will include in-depth, hands-on training of the full array of LG HVAC technologies including Multi V and duct-free systems (DFS) installation, applications, commissioning, and service. Contractors and can sign up at lg.learnernation.com, or by contacting their local LG distributor.
In addition to the California academy grand opening, LG announced the launch of its new Telepresence mobile application. Now, via the app, contractors will benefit from immediate assistance from an LG technician for fast, on-site troubleshooting. LG experts can provide contractors real-time feedback and step-by-step instructions quickly and efficiently.
The Telepresence app is available to download for iOS and Android users, and via online browser at telepresence.lge.com.
