Just hours after the grand opening of the company’s new Multi-Purpose Training Room, Tecumseh rolled-out the red carpet once again to host a training seminar on “Why Compressors Fail?” The two-hour seminar, led by Tecumseh’s industry-known technical expert Dan Potter, was well attended by refrigeration service technicians from the Greater Detroit Area.
“The Why Compressors Fail? seminar covers a lot of topics in a short time period and is always popular with both seasoned veterans and new refrigeration and air conditioning service techs.,” said Dan Potter, who conducts upwards of 100 training events throughout the course of the year. Refrigerant migration, flooded starts, loss of lubrication, system contamination, and voltage imbalance are a few of the topics that Dan touched on during the seminar.
Tecumseh has made a renewed commitment to training and education and will be utilizing its new Ann Arbor, Michigan facility to conduct seminars aimed at local refrigeration service technicians and authorized wholesalers’ counter personnel.
In addition to the “Why Compressors Fail?” seminar, Tecumseh’s 2018 training venue will cover “Refrigeration System Design” and “Helpful Resources for Wholesaler Counterpersons.”
Tecumseh will be announcing its Tecumseh University Winter/Spring 2018 class dates in the coming weeks, along with scheduled training seminars.
