Description: This kit includes two rugged, high-precision, high-temperature data loggers that are built for use within autoclaves and harsh environments. The product provides accurate records for generating customer reports for hazard analysis and critical control points (HACCP) compliance. The interface, or docking station, is for downloading data only and cannot change the data logger. The software requires no programming skills and enables the user to select a reading interval, specify the device’s ID, and initiate the start of data collection. Furthermore, the software automatically configures itself specifically to each class of logger by reading the device type with the ability to change engineering units, conforming to the needs of its user. All data can be saved in a format easily read by exporting the data to a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet.
